AegisOne

Pricing

We have not published prices, and we are not going to pretend we have.

AegisOne’s commercial packaging is not finalised. Rather than post a table of numbers we would have to revise, this page sets out how pricing is structured, what each plan contains, and how to get a proposal for your actual estate.

Why there are no numbers on this page

Publishing a price before packaging is settled means one of two things: the number changes and early customers feel misled, or it does not change and it was never a real number. We would rather quote you directly.

Pricing is quoted per organisation, against the estate and capability set you actually need. Any figure discussed before a signed order form is an indication, not an offer, and is non-binding on both sides.

Nothing on this page — including the enquiry form below — calculates, displays or implies a price. The form gathers facts; a person replies with a proposal.

The model

The shapes pricing can take

These are the structures we work with. Which one applies to you depends on how your estate and your team relate to each other — a five-person team managing eight thousand endpoints should not be priced like a fifty-person team managing the same number.

Per endpoint

The simplest metric, and the one most of this category uses. You pay against the number of devices under management, and the count moves as your estate moves.

Suits: Predictable estates where device count tracks the value delivered.

Per technician

Charged against named console operators rather than devices. Consumption is decoupled from estate size, which matters when a small team manages a very large fleet.

Suits: Lean teams managing disproportionately large estates.

Platform fee plus endpoint fee

A base fee covers the platform and the capabilities that do not scale with device count, with a lower per-device fee on top. It smooths the cliff a pure per-endpoint model creates at small scale.

Suits: Mid-sized estates that want most of the platform without enterprise volume.

MSP tiered

Per-endpoint pricing that steps down as your aggregate managed estate grows across all clients, so onboarding a new client does not cost you the same as your first.

Suits: Service providers growing their book of managed endpoints.

Enterprise volume

A negotiated agreement covering the estate as a whole, usually over a multi-year term, with commercial terms shaped around procurement, deployment model and support requirements.

Suits: Large or regulated organisations with formal procurement.

What a quote is built from

A proposal is assembled from a small number of facts. If you can answer these, you can get a figure quickly.

  • The number of endpoints you expect to place under management
  • The number of technicians who need console access
  • The number of client tenancies, if you operate as a service provider
  • Which capability set you need — some plans exist to avoid charging you for what you will not use
  • Deployment model: our cloud, a dedicated private cloud, or your own infrastructure
  • Billing frequency and term length
  • Support and service level requirements, where you need a formal commitment

Plans

Four packages, described by what is in them

Plan contents are resolved from the same capability registry that drives the rest of this site, so a plan cannot contain a feature we have not built.

Essentials

Small internal IT teams

Enrol the estate, keep it inventoried and patched, and reach a machine when something breaks.

Typical model: Per endpoint, billed on the count under management.

Priced on enquiry

Professional

Established IT departments

Adds the service desk, security registers, credential handling and the reporting layer that stakeholders ask for.

Typical model: Platform fee plus a per-endpoint fee, with technician seats included to a threshold.

Priced on enquiry

Enterprise

Large or regulated estates

Everything shipping today, with the compliance evidence layer, AI-assisted operations and executive reporting.

Typical model: Negotiated volume agreement across the estate, typically on a multi-year term.

Priced on enquiry

MSP

Managed service providers

Built for multi-client operations: tenancy structure, client portal, contract reconciliation and revenue leakage detection.

Typical model: Tiered per-endpoint pricing across your aggregate managed estate, with tenancy count factored in.

Get a proposal

Tell us the shape of your estate

This is a pricing enquiry, not a quote and not a calculator. It collects the facts a proposal is built from and sends them to our sales team. It does not compute a number, and it will not show you one.

What happens next

  • Someone reads what you submitted, rather than a rule engine scoring it
  • We come back with a proposal, or with questions if something is ambiguous
  • Any figure discussed is an indication and is non-binding until an order form is signed
  • You can run the demo environment in parallel while the commercial conversation happens

Request a pricing proposal

This form is a pricing enquiry, not a quote. It does not calculate or display a price. It gathers the facts a proposal needs so that the figure you receive comes from someone who has read them.

Commercial questions

The things buyers ask before the number

Is the demo chargeable, or does it convert into a subscription?
Neither. The 14-day demo is free, requires no card, and does not roll into a paid plan. If you want to continue past the term, that is a deliberate conversation.
Can we move between plans?
Yes. Plans exist so you are not charged for capability you will not use, not to trap you. Changes are handled through your order form.
What happens to the endpoint count as our estate changes?
The metric is agreed in the order form, including how and when the count is measured. We will not surprise you with a retrospective true-up you did not agree to.
Do you offer a service level commitment?
Service levels apply where an executed order form incorporates them. Our SLA template sets out availability, support response targets and exclusions, and it is a draft pending legal review.
Can we self-host?
Tell us in the enquiry. Deployment model materially affects both the proposal and the implementation conversation, so we would rather discuss it early than late.
Is anything on this page a binding offer?
No. Nothing on this page, and no estimate produced from an enquiry, constitutes an offer. Pricing becomes binding when it appears on an executed order form.

Pricing is quoted directly. Estimates and indications given during an evaluation are non-binding on both parties until they appear on an executed order form. See our Terms of Service for the commercial terms that apply.
