Partner programme

Build a practice on a platform that will not embarrass you in front of your client.

Partners inherit our claims. Every capability we describe is audited against a running deployment before we let it say “available”, and everything unbuilt is published as unbuilt. That is the single most useful thing we can offer someone whose reputation is on the line at the point of sale.

Programme overview

Seven ways to work with us

The programme is structured around what a partner actually does — sell, deliver, advise, integrate or introduce — rather than around a badge hierarchy. Most partners sit in one category; some sit in two, and there is no penalty for that.

Each category has its own agreement covering scope, deal registration, support obligations and commercial terms. We would rather have a short conversation about which one fits than have you decode a tier table.

How the process runs

  1. 01Apply

Tell us your model, your market and the category you think you fit. A few paragraphs is enough.

  2. 02Fit conversation

We walk the platform against the estates you serve and say plainly where it does and does not cover your requirement.

  3. 03Commercial terms

Margin, referral treatment, deal registration and territory are agreed directly and documented in the partner agreement.

  4. 04Enablement

Technical and sales enablement for your team, a partner demo environment, and a named contact for escalation.

  5. 05Go to market

Register opportunities, run deals with pre-sales support behind you, and deliver against a roadmap you can see.

We do not publish margin percentages, commission rates, tier thresholds or partner counts on this page. Commercial terms vary by category, territory and the delivery responsibility you take on, and a headline number on a website would misrepresent all of them. Ask us and we will put real figures in front of you.

Partner categories

Find the one that describes what you do

These are not tiers. A referral partner is not a junior reseller and an implementation partner is not an aspiring MSP — they are different businesses with different obligations and different commercial treatment.

MSP Partner

Service providers delivering managed services on AegisOne

The core of the programme. You run your managed service on AegisOne and bill your clients for the outcome. Multi-client structure, per-client reporting, contract reconciliation and the client portal exist because this is the operating model the platform was designed around.

A fit if

  • You manage endpoints across multiple client organisations
  • You bill recurring managed services and care about delivered-versus-contracted margin
  • You want reporting your clients see, not just dashboards your technicians see

Reseller

Partners selling AegisOne licences into their own customer base

You sell AegisOne under a reseller agreement, own the customer relationship and the commercial terms, and hand off technical delivery to your own team or to ours. Deal registration protects the opportunities you bring.

A fit if

  • You have an established customer base with endpoint management needs
  • You want to own pricing and invoicing to the end customer
  • You need deal registration and pre-sales support to compete

Distributor

Value-added distributors serving a partner network

You carry AegisOne in your portfolio and take it to a reseller and MSP network within a defined territory, handling first-line commercial enablement and billing across that network. Territory and portfolio scope are agreed in writing.

A fit if

  • You operate an established reseller or MSP network
  • You provide commercial enablement and billing to that network
  • You are looking to add unified endpoint operations to a security or infrastructure portfolio

Referral Partner

Advisors and vendors who introduce opportunities without selling

The lightest arrangement in the programme. You introduce a qualified opportunity, we run the sales process, and you are compensated on a registered referral. No delivery obligation, no technical certification, no minimum volume.

A fit if

  • You advise organisations on IT operations but do not resell software
  • You want to make an introduction without taking on delivery
  • You need a clean, documented arrangement rather than an informal one

Technology Partner

Software vendors building integrations with AegisOne

Your product exchanges data with AegisOne — PSA, accounting, identity, ticketing, security tooling. Technology partnerships are engineering relationships first: we agree the integration surface, build against it, and list the integration honestly with its real status.

A fit if

  • You operate a product our mutual customers already run alongside AegisOne
  • You have an API or webhook surface we can build against
  • You want the integration listed publicly with an accurate status, not an aspirational one

Implementation Partner

Firms deploying AegisOne into customer environments

You handle enrolment, estate onboarding, structure design and migration from an incumbent tool. This is the partner a large enterprise or multi-site estate usually needs, and it is often the difference between a platform that is bought and one that is used.

A fit if

  • You deliver infrastructure or endpoint deployment projects
  • You have migrated estates off an incumbent RMM before
  • You can design client, site and department structure for a large estate

Consulting Partner

Advisory firms working on compliance, risk and IT operating models

You advise on control frameworks, audit readiness and IT operating model design, and use AegisOne as the evidence layer underneath that advice. The compliance scoring, findings register and evidence export exist to be operated by exactly this kind of practice.

A fit if

  • You run compliance readiness, audit or risk advisory engagements
  • Your clients need durable evidence rather than a point-in-time assessment
  • You want tooling that supports your methodology instead of replacing it

Benefits

What partners get

Weighted toward the things that decide whether a deal closes and whether the delivery afterwards goes well.

Deal registration

Register an opportunity and it is protected for the agreed period. Channel conflict is handled by the process rather than by whoever escalates loudest.

Pre-sales support

Access to our team for technical qualification, architecture questions, security questionnaires and procurement documentation while the deal is live.

Partner demo environment

Your own isolated environment pre-loaded with a realistic fictional estate, so you can demonstrate without exposing a customer system.

Technical enablement

Onboarding for your engineers covering agent deployment, estate structure design, patching, compliance scoring and reporting.

Sales enablement

Positioning material, competitive context and objection handling — including an honest account of where we are weaker than an incumbent.

Roadmap visibility

Early sight of what is coming so you are not committing to a client date against a capability that has not shipped.

Named escalation contact

A route into the team that does not begin with a support queue when a partner-led deployment is at risk.

Co-marketing on request

Joint material where there is a genuine story to tell. We will not manufacture a case study, and we will not publish your logo without a signed agreement.

Integration listing

Technology partners are listed on the integrations page with an accurate status — available, beta, coming soon or planned — never an aspirational one.

Requirements

What we ask of every partner

These apply across all seven categories. Category-specific obligations — certification depth, delivery capacity, territory coverage — are set in the individual agreement.

  • An executed partner agreement for the relevant category before any deal is registered
  • At least one technically enabled person who has completed platform onboarding
  • Representation of the product that matches our published capability statuses — no partner may present a roadmap item as shipped
  • Compliance claims described using our published claim levels, not upgraded in a proposal
  • Opportunities registered through the agreed process rather than raised retrospectively
  • Customer data handled under the terms of the agreement and applicable data protection law
  • A named commercial contact and a named technical contact we can reach
  • Prompt escalation of security issues affecting a shared customer

Where we are a good fit

And where we are not

Worth reading before you apply. A partnership that fails in month four is more expensive for you than a declined application.

A strong fit

Multi-client managed service delivery, contract and entitlement reconciliation, estates that must produce audit evidence regularly, and distributed sites with no local IT presence. These are the problems the platform was built around and where it is most defensible against an incumbent.

Not yet a fit

If your practice depends on a mature threshold-alerting and escalation engine, a versioned script library with an approval workflow, or packaged software deployment across a fleet, those are in development rather than shipping. We will tell you that in the fit conversation instead of after you have built a proposal on it. The public roadmap carries the current position.

Apply to partner with us

Tell us what you do, who you serve and which category looks closest. We will come back with a fit assessment and real commercial terms rather than a brochure.
