The cookies and similar technologies used on this website, what each category does, and how to control them.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — local storage, session storage and tracking pixels — perform comparable functions. This policy covers all of them.

2. Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary. Required for the site and platform to function: session management, authentication state, load balancing, and recording your cookie preferences. These cannot be disabled without breaking the service, and are set without consent because the service cannot be delivered without them.
  • Preference. Remember choices such as interface settings so you do not have to reset them. Set only with your consent.
  • Analytics. Help us understand which pages are used and where visitors encounter difficulty. Set only with your consent, and used in aggregate rather than to build a profile of you.
  • Marketing. Used to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Set only with your consent, and never used to construct a profile that is sold or shared for another party’s advertising.

4. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by providers acting on our behalf, such as our analytics provider. Where we use them they are listed in the cookie settings control with their purpose and retention. We do not permit those providers to use the data for their own independent purposes.

5. Browser controls

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent authentication and other core functions from working. Instructions are available in your browser’s help documentation.

We honour Global Privacy Control signals where your browser sends them, treating them as a withdrawal of consent for non-essential categories.

6. Changes

When we add or remove a cookie we update this page and the cookie settings control. Where a change introduces a new non-essential category, we will ask for consent again.
