We would rather undersell the product than oversell it.
AegisOne is a unified endpoint operations platform for managed service providers and enterprise IT teams. This page is about how we build it and how we talk about it — including the things we have deliberately chosen not to say.
What AegisOne is
One platform for the endpoints and the economics
AegisOne unifies endpoint monitoring, remote support, patching, asset intelligence, compliance evidence and AI-assisted operations in one secure platform for MSPs and enterprise IT.
The category has been solved technically for years. What has not been solved is the gap between the estate a team actually manages and the agreement that supposedly covers it. Monitoring tools are excellent at telling you a disk is full and silent on the fact that the machine it belongs to has never appeared on an invoice. AegisOne treats both as the same operational record, because in practice they are.
That positioning is deliberate. We lead with contract reconciliation, client risk and evidence generation because that is where the platform is strongest and most differentiated — not because we believe it is the only thing an endpoint platform should do.
What we are prepared to state
20 capabilities generally available
Each one audited against a running production deployment before it was allowed to say "available".
6 capabilities openly listed as unbuilt
Published on the roadmap with a status, rather than quietly implied on a feature page.
No certification we have not earned
Our controls are designed against ISO/IEC 27001 principles. We are not certified, and we display no seal.
No customer logos, testimonials or adoption figures
You will not find any on this site. When we have named references we can publish with permission, we will.
How we talk about the product
Honesty enforced by the build, not by editorial discipline
Every vendor in this category says it is honest. The difference worth describing is the mechanism — what physically stops an overstatement from reaching this website.
One registry, no page-level claims
Every feature card, comparison table, nav entry and industry page renders from a single capability registry. A page author cannot describe a capability the registry does not hold, because there is nowhere to type it.
Status travels with the feature
A capability carries its own status everywhere it appears. Anything not generally available renders with a badge automatically — beta, in development, or under consideration. Forgetting to label it is not an available failure mode.
Evidence recorded against every status
Promoting a capability to "available" requires recording the endpoints, collections and production evidence behind it. The record exists so the claim can be re-checked later, not so it can be argued about.
Compliance claims break the build
A framework claiming certification without a complete certificate record — issuing body, number, scope, expiry, validation route — throws at build time. A bad claim fails deployment rather than shipping quietly.
Unbuilt features are excluded, not softened
Solution and industry pages filter their capability lists against the registry. A planned feature cannot be smuggled onto a sector page with a carefully hedged verb, because it never reaches the render.
Demo data is labelled as demo data
The demo environment is pre-loaded with a realistic fictional estate on isolated infrastructure. Illustrative figures carry a sample-data marker so a number is never mistaken for a verified metric.
This is not modesty for its own sake. Enterprise buyers evaluate this category with a reasonable assumption that the website is optimistic. A demo that exceeds the brochure is a better commercial position than one that has to explain it.
What we believe
Principles that shape the roadmap
These are the trade-offs we keep making. They explain most of what is in the product and rather more of what is not.
Depth before breadth
We would rather ship four capabilities that hold up under an audit than twenty that demo well. Alerting and scripting are honestly marked as in development for exactly this reason — the collection layer exists, the engines do not, and we will not blur that.
The commercial layer is not an add-on
Contracts, licences, entitlement and client risk belong in the same system as the endpoints. Reconciliation is impossible when one half of the comparison lives in a spreadsheet.
AI advises, it does not act
Generated root-cause analysis, summaries and reviews are drafted from your own operational data and presented for review. AegisOne does not execute an action on the strength of a generated recommendation.
Evidence should be a by-product
If producing audit evidence requires a separate project every quarter, the tooling has failed. Compliance scoring and evidence packages are generated from data the platform already holds.
Administrative reach demands restraint
A platform that can open a shell on every endpoint is part of your attack surface. Multi-factor authentication, operator attribution, audited credential reveal and an append-only action log are not premium features.
Say what is missing
The roadmap is public and includes the gaps a competitor would use against us. A prospect who discovers a limitation in week three of an evaluation is more expensive than one who read it on the website.

We do not have a routing maze. Pick whichever of these is closest and it will reach someone who can answer.

Vulnerability reports, security questionnaires and due-diligence requests. Coordinated disclosure is welcome.
security@aegisone.lynxclub.ph- Start a demo yourself — no credit card, isolated environment, realistic sample estate
- Ask us directly which capabilities do not yet cover your requirement
- Request the subprocessor list, data processing and retention detail for a procurement review
- Report a security issue to the address above; we will acknowledge and work the disclosure with you
We publish no company statistics — headcount, funding, founding date, customer counts or office locations — anywhere on this site. If a figure like that matters to your procurement process, ask us directly and we will answer it in writing rather than decorate a webpage with it. Read the security and compliance pages for the claims we do make.
Judge the product, not the copy
Everything described on this site is available to run yourself. The fastest way to test whether we mean any of it is to open the demo.
