What it is

Screen capture is implemented per-platform in the agent and available for evaluation. It is offered as beta while multi-monitor handling and consent flows are finalised.
This sits within remote support — reach any endpoint and resolve the issue without leaving the console. It is part of the same platform as every other capability listed on this site, which means the data it produces is available to reporting, compliance evidence and the audit trail without an export step in between.
This capability is in beta. It is built, compiled into the shipped product and usable now, but a defined part of it is still being finished. Evaluate it and plan for it — just do not assume the final shape. We would rather you knew before a procurement decision than after one.
