AegisOne

Solutions

The same platform, applied to the pressure your sector is actually under.

An endpoint estate is an endpoint estate. What differs is what you are held to — margin in a service provider, examinable evidence in a bank, clinical availability in a hospital, a technician-to-device ratio in a university. These pages describe how AegisOne is used against each of those, using only capabilities that are running in production today.

Seven sectors

Choose the environment closest to yours

Each page carries the challenges we hear repeatedly in that sector, the AegisOne capabilities that apply, a worked example of the operating rhythm, and the security and compliance considerations that come with it.

Managed Service Providers

Stop giving away the work you never billed for.

Most service providers can tell you how many endpoints they monitor. Far fewer can tell you how many of those endpoints appear on an invoice. AegisOne reconciles the managed estate against contracted entitlement so the gap becomes visible — and recoverable.

Enterprise IT

One inventory your auditors and your engineers both trust.

Enterprise estates fail audits not because controls are missing but because the evidence is scattered. AegisOne maintains a single authoritative record of what you run, how it is patched, and who touched it.

Healthcare

Clinical endpoints, continuously accounted for.

Healthcare estates mix long-lived clinical workstations with ordinary office devices, under a regulatory obligation to evidence access control and patching. AegisOne keeps both visible without disrupting clinical availability.

Financial Services

Evidence-grade control over every managed endpoint.

Financial institutions are asked to prove control effectiveness, not describe it. AegisOne produces the artefacts — inventory, patch position, access records, audit trail — in a form examiners accept.

Government

Standardised control, documented at every step.

Public sector estates carry an obligation to demonstrate consistent configuration and controlled administration across agencies and locations. AegisOne provides the inventory and the audit record to support it.

Education

Lab, faculty and staff devices under one manageable estate.

Education estates are large, seasonal and price-sensitive. AegisOne gives a small team visibility and remote reach across laboratories, faculty machines and administrative endpoints.

Manufacturing & Distributed Operations

Remote sites you can see into without sending anyone.

Plants, depots and remote sites rarely justify on-site IT. AegisOne provides visibility and remote reach so a central team can support locations it will never physically visit.

Capability lists on every industry page are generated from the product registry and filtered to what is shipping. A feature still in development cannot appear on a solution page, which is why some sectors list fewer capabilities than a competitor brochure would.

What stays constant

One estate model underneath all seven

AegisOne models clients, sites, departments and endpoints as a single hierarchy. A service provider reads it as customers; an internal IT team reads it as business units and locations. Nothing about the platform changes between them — only which parts of the commercial layer you switch on.

Inventory that survives an audit

Hardware, software and warranty inventory with a per-asset timeline, so the question "what changed on this machine, and when" has an answer that is not a reconstruction from tickets.

Reach without a site visit

A remote terminal on any enrolled endpoint, bound to the operator identity and written to the action log. The economics of a remote depot and a satellite clinic turn out to be the same problem.

Evidence as a by-product

Compliance scoring, findings and exportable evidence packages are produced from operational data you were already collecting, not from a separate exercise before an assessment.

Reporting built for the meeting

Executive and technical reports export to PDF, Excel and PowerPoint, because the artefact that decides a renewal or a budget is rarely a dashboard on a screen.

Not sure which of these describes you?

Most estates are a hybrid — a manufacturer with a regulated finance function, a university running a clinic. Describe yours and we will tell you plainly which parts of the platform apply and which do not.
